Tony Youngs is coming back for an intensive 3-day, boots-on-the-ground field training designed to help investors get out from behind the computer, into real neighborhoods, and face-to-face with real opportunities.
Over the course of three full days, Tony will work directly with attendees to find pre-foreclosure leads, plot a driving route, visit properties in person, evaluate neighborhoods, identify signs of potential distress, research ownership, and begin making contact with sellers.
This is not a sit-and-listen seminar.
You’ll be in the field with Tony, learning how to spot the kinds of properties most investors miss — homes that are not listed for sale, not being advertised, and not sitting on everyone else’s lead list. Between scheduled pre-foreclosure stops, the group will drive surrounding neighborhoods looking for those “Hidden Market” opportunities: properties that show signs of possible distress and may point to a motivated seller.
For the pre-foreclosure properties visited as a group, attendees will have the opportunity to watch and participate as Tony demonstrates how to approach owners live and in person. Yes — that means knocking on doors, starting conversations, and getting past the fear that keeps so many investors stuck.
Along the way, Tony will also teach important due diligence steps, including how to research ownership, how to contact property owners, how to perform title searches, and how to better understand what you’re looking at before making an offer.
The goal is simple: find real opportunities, make real offers, and create real momentum.
And if the group finds a deal and an offer is accepted, the attendees will decide together how to move forward, with profits split evenly among the participants.
Your training does not end when the 3 days are over. Attendees will also receive access to weekly Zoom coaching meetings with Tony for the following 3 months, helping you stay accountable, keep learning, ask questions, and maintain momentum after the live field training.
