Join us for a real-life rehab case study at one of Zach’s finished projects.
We toured this property at 311 6th Street, last August at the beginning of the rehab process.
Now that it's finished, we get to walk through and hear from Zach exactly what he did and why.
As we walk through the property this time around find out:
- The exit strategy Zach decided to pursue
- What repairs and improvements he made and why
- Learn what the rehab cost
- Don't forget your notes from the initial walkthrough if you were there.
- We'll see how your estimates compare to actual
- Comp out the After Repair Value (ARV)
- Discuss what could have been done differently
- Particularly if a different exit strategy had been chosen
After the walkthrough, we’ll all head over to Zach’s arcade/candy shop (closed to the public during our visit) to network, debrief, and connect with fellow investors over pizza and shop talk.

Since it's late February it'll be getting dark pretty soon after we get started.
We'll be starting right away with the exterior walkaround at 5:35 PM before heading indoors.
