This month’s East Side Main Meeting is going is going to be an amazing event, we are going hands-on and out into the field!
Join us for a real-life rehab case study at one of Zach’s newest projects. We’ll tour his property at 311 6th Street, right at the beginning of the rehab process.
You will be able to walk through the property and:
- Determine what repairs or improvements you would make
- Figure out rehab cost (even if it's a rough guess)
- Estimate the After Repair Value (ARV)
- Talk with others about their repairs and costs and ARV
Once everyone is finished their walkthrough we will discuss as a group details of repairs needed, repair costs and ARV.
Once the Zach has finished the rehab and the house is on the market, we’ll come back to see how it all turned out, and compare our numbers to reality. It’s a powerful, practical way to learn the business of rehabbing.
After the walkthrough, we’ll all head over to Zach’s arcade/candy shop (closed to the public during our visit) to network, debrief, and connect with fellow investors over snacks and shop talk.
